Instructions: Apply to the aff ected body parts after cleansing. Due to the high content of ethereal oils the hands should be washed thoroughly after use to avoid irritation in the case of eye contact. After the application the skin may redden. This reddening of the skin tissue is normal and a visible sign of the activity of the ethereal oils in the tissue. The cinnamon cream should remain on the skin for at least 20 minutes. In order to increase the slimming effect, you can make sure you engage in sufficient exercise during this time (aerobics, jogging, cross trainer).
