Instructions: Apply in the morning and after sports activities in the direction of lymph fl ow. On the legs stroke with gentle pressure and upward movements from the ankles to the groin. On the arms Styler Cream in gently massaged in from the wrists to the armpits. On the trunk gently spread to the upper edge of the breasts and the underlying lymph nodes. The massage direction is always towards the heart.

Tip: Also suitable as a soothing eye mask.
