Instructions: Use twice a day for four weeks, then every two to three days for maintenance. Apply the spray locally after cleansing the skin and allow to absorb. A warming sensation and light redness are normal signs of the spray activating. Front thighs: 3–4 pump portions. Bottom: 2 pump portions. Back thighs: 3–4 pump portions. Stomach: 3 pump portions. Upper arms: 3 pump portions.
