Instructions: Apply one pump portion of Hydro Mousse to care for the face, neck and décolleté after cleansing and toning and allow to absorb. Use in the cubicle: Mix Hydro Mousse and Tone Up 1:1, apply with two fan brushes and work in with a gentle brush massage.
